These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," "you") and ph687 ("ph687," "we," "us," "the Company"), governing your access to and use of the ph687 online gaming platform accessible at ph687.vip and all associated services, features, content, applications, and games (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").
By registering an account, depositing funds, accessing any game, or otherwise using any part of the ph687 Platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. The ph687 Platform is operated under a license issued and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). ph687 operates in full compliance with all applicable Philippine gaming regulations, the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
ph687 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes through the Platform or via the registered email address associated with your ph687 account. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
Strictly 21+ Only: ph687 does not permit any person under the age of twenty-one (21) years to register, deposit, play any game, or otherwise use the Platform in any capacity. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and is non-negotiable under any circumstances.
To be eligible to register and maintain an account on ph687, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

You may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document — including but not limited to a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or GSIS eCard — together with a self-taken photograph (selfie) for identity matching purposes. ph687 reserves the right to suspend account withdrawals pending satisfactory age and identity verification. Accounts confirmed to belong to persons under 21 will be closed and all deposits returned in accordance with PAGCOR regulations, with no additional payments.
To access real-money games on ph687, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a working email address. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and not misleading. ph687 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time.
Each person may hold only one (1) ph687 account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or joint accounts is strictly prohibited. Where ph687 determines that a player holds more than one account, the Company may merge or close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bonuses, and suspend withdrawal rights pending investigation. In cases of fraud or deliberate multi-accounting, the entire balance across all accounts may be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph687 account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. ph687 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure. You must keep your account information up to date. Changes to your registered name, address, or payment details must be communicated to ph687 Support and verified before they take effect. ph687 is not responsible for failed transactions resulting from outdated or incorrect account information provided by you.
ph687 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, and PESONet. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph687 does not accept payments in foreign currencies or cryptocurrency without explicit prior written approval.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱200 per transaction unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer. Deposits below the minimum threshold may be returned automatically or held pending player instruction.
By depositing funds into your ph687 account, you confirm that the funds are legally owned by you and are not derived from any illegal activity. ph687 complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and will report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.
GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited to your ph687 balance within one (1) to five (5) minutes. Bank transfers via InstaPay are typically credited within fifteen (15) minutes. Delays may occur during bank maintenance windows, public holidays, or peak transaction periods. ph687 is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.
ph687 does not charge a transaction fee on deposits. However, your payment service provider (e.g., GCash, your bank) may apply its own fees. Check with your payment provider before initiating a transfer.
Withdrawals from your ph687 account are subject to: (a) completion of KYC identity verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; and (c) minimum withdrawal thresholds as specified in this Section. ph687 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests that trigger AML review obligations.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 per transaction unless otherwise specified. Withdrawal requests below this amount may be declined.
All withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in the same name as your ph687 account. ph687 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, joint accounts, or payment methods not associated with your registered identity. This requirement exists for AMLA compliance and player protection purposes.
ph687 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to request additional documentation including proof of payment method ownership, source of funds declarations, or enhanced due diligence documents before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
All bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives offered by ph687 ("Promotions") are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific terms of a Promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30×) of the bonus amount. ph687 may restrict which games contribute to wagering requirements — typically live table games and certain categories contribute at a reduced percentage compared to slots. Full wagering contribution rates are published in the applicable Promotion's terms.
ph687 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close accounts, where it reasonably determines that a player has: created multiple accounts to claim bonuses; exploited promotional offers through coordinated play, arbitrage, or hedging strategies; provided false information to qualify for a Promotion; or otherwise acted in bad faith with respect to any Promotion. The determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is at the sole reasonable discretion of ph687.
All bonuses and free spins carry an expiry date, which is stated in the applicable Promotion's terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are automatically forfeited without further notice. ph687 is not obligated to remind players of approaching expiry dates.
Always read the full bonus terms before claiming any ph687 Promotion. Wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet restrictions, and expiry dates vary between offers. Ignorance of specific promotion terms is not grounds for an exception.
Each game available on the ph687 Platform is governed by specific rules published within the game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of a discrepancy between displayed game rules and the underlying game software, the software outcome shall take precedence.
All RNG-based games on ph687 use independently certified Random Number Generators that have been audited for statistical fairness and unpredictability. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual play sessions.

The ph687 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. ph687 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ph687 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of ph687's servers; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform; (d) any errors or omissions in content; or (e) any bugs, viruses, or similar transmitted through the Platform. ph687's maximum aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You acknowledge and accept that gambling involves risk, and that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit on the ph687 Platform. ph687 does not guarantee any winnings, and past game outcomes are not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your gambling decisions and their consequences.

ph687 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of any provision of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity; engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8; or any requirement imposed by PAGCOR, the AMLC, or other competent Philippine authority.
You may close your ph687 account at any time by submitting a written request to ph687 Support. Upon closure of an account in good standing, any remaining balance (net of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to applicable withdrawal terms.
Upon termination of your ph687 account for cause, all rights granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease. ph687 may retain records of your account activity for such periods as required by law or PAGCOR regulations, notwithstanding account closure.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between you and ph687, you are encouraged to contact ph687 Support in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. ph687 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
If you are a Philippine resident and believe ph687 has violated its PAGCOR licensing obligations, you may submit a regulatory complaint directly to PAGCOR. ph687 fully cooperates with all PAGCOR investigations and regulatory enquiries.
If any provision of these Terms is held by a competent court to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under Philippine law, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
